Requirements for a COTA with Phoebe Allentown:

The ability to deliver excellent customer service to all residents, families, and coworkers.
Graduate of an AOTA (American Occupational Therapy Association) approved OTA Educational Program.
Successfully completed fieldwork requirements
CPR certification
