Responsibilities for a Regional Executive Chef with Phoebe Allentown:

Responsible for managing the assigned campus –Culinary Services Department. Implementing the facilities’ food services program and department strategies to achieve goals assigned to the department; ensuring the department's compliance with operating policies and procedures as well as outside regulatory requirements; organizing the work and activities of the department; communicating with appropriate personnel; directly supervising assigned personnel; providing periodic reports.

Requirements for a Regional Executive Chef with Phoebe Allentown:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Associate or bachelor’s Degree in field of (Culinary, Hospitality or Dietitian).
Required to travel to multiple facilities and provide coverage as needed.
Experience in healthcare culinary services preferred.
Certified Dietary Manager and Serve Safe Certified.
